3. Categories of Personal Information Under CCPA/CPRA
For purposes of the CCPA and CPRA, in the past twelve months we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and IP address); customer records (such as property and contact details you submit); internet or network activity (such as browsing data and analytics); geolocation data (general, derived from IP address); and inferences drawn from the above to understand your real estate preferences. - Service providers we rely on to operate the site and run our business, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and CRM providers, who are contractually limited to using the information only to provide services to us.

- Our responsible broker, eHomes, as required for transaction supervision and compliance.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, court order, subpoena, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
6. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA and CPRA:

Real estate transaction records are generally retained for the period required by California Department of Real Estate regulations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.
