I moved to Orange County in 2007, and this has been home ever since. My office is in Newport Beach, and the markets I know best start right here on the coast. Newport Beach and Newport Coast are two of the most distinct and demanding markets in all of Southern California, and I follow both of them closely every week.
Over the past 14 years I have built my career at the intersection of real estate, finance, and insurance. Finance taught me how to read a deal. Insurance taught me how to think about risk. Real estate brought both of those together in a way that actually feels meaningful, because helping someone navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their life requires more than just knowing the local market. It requires being honest when the numbers don't work, patient when the timing isn't right, and sharp enough to move fast when it is.
Beyond Newport Beach and Newport Coast, I work across Costa Mesa, College Park, Irvine, Tustin, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, Trabuco Canyon, and Lake Forest. Each of those markets behaves differently, and I bring the same depth to all of them.
Outside of work, you'll find me on the mats training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, in the kitchen making homemade pasta with my family, out on my Harley, or at the gym. The same consistency it takes to show up in those areas is what I bring to every transaction.
